About Nihonryori Yoshiatsu

Nestled between Hiroo and Ebisu is Nihonryori Yoshiatsu.
At a counter crafted from a single slab of ginkgo wood, guests can experience each dish coming together before their eyes.
What chef-owner Yoshiatsu Fukushima values most are the finest ingredients, delivered by producers he has personally visited and built trusted relationships with.
Honoring the traditions of Japanese cuisine while embracing a contemporary sensibility, he expresses the distinctive flavors of each season in every dish.
In a space where warmth and tranquility coexist, take your time and savor the changing seasons.

Seasonal Treasures
Reflected on Every Plate

Taste of the Seasons

Centered on seasonal seafood and vegetables, our omakase courses celebrate the distinctive flavors of each time of year.

Spring mountain vegetables and bamboo shoots; summer hamo, sweetfish, abalone, and sea urchin; autumn matsutake and Pacific saury; winter crab and fugu. Aroma, texture, presentation, and even the sounds of cooking come together in dishes that engage all five senses.

Our seasonal clay pot rice is another signature of Nihonryori Yoshiatsu. A curated selection of sake and wine pairings is also available.
